Membership registration procedure
We’d love to have you as a member. It will give you lots of benefits and strengthens our mission to create a global community for people who stutter around the world.
There are two options to become a member:
1. One year membership
This membership is valid for 12 months and starts from the date you paid your membership fee. Three days before expiration, you will receive an automated email to renew your membership. After expiring, you will also receive an automatic email that your membership has expired.
2. Membership with automatic renewal
This membership is also valid for 12 months, starting with the date of payment, and will renew after that period. If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired credit card, a closed PayPal account, or any other reason), you will receive an automatic email notifying you that your membership has been cancelled.

Welcoming messages
After completing the registration, you will receive a message on your screen with a link to the Stamily Whatsapp community. This link will also be shared in a welcoming email that is sent to the email address you used to register.

Login access
After registering, you obtain a login on Stamily’s website, where you can manage your own membership, including renewals or cancellations. For more information, please watch the following video.​​​​​

Ending of Membership
Your membership ends when you no longer pay the membership fee or when you have manually cancelled your membership on your website account. We’d appreciate it if you would send an email to membership@stamily.org to notify us in case you no longer want to be a member, such that we can avoid miscommunication.

Membership renewal reminders
Each month our membership team reviews memberships that have been cancelled or have expired. Since we hope you want to stay with us you will receive three reminders through the email address you provided upon registration. Please make sure you check your spam box in case the emails winded up there. If you haven’t paid after the three reminders, we assume it was your wish to not extend your membership and we thank you for the time you’ve been with us.

Deletion from Whatsapp
If we haven’t seen your payment, nor heard from you, you will be removed from the WhatsApp community. But don’t worry, as you can then simply rejoin Stamily by renewing your membership through the website, after which you receive a new Whatsapp link.
