Youth Exchange Research Project 

 

Welcome to the information hub for the Youth Exchange Research Project, a collaboration between Stamily and Tampere University (Faculty of Social Sciences, Logopedics).

The purpose of this research is to explore the experiences of young people who stutter who participate in Youth Exchanges. The study follows participants before and after their exchange and examines a range of topics, including stuttering acceptance, self-compassion, self-stigma, and perceived social support.
